Michael Graves Returns to Douglas Elliman

Michael Graves, the powerhouse agent and founder of the Michael Graves Team, has returned to Douglas Elliman. Graves and his team were previously at Compass.

A leader in sales and marketing of luxury new developments and resale properties in New York City and the Hamptons, Graves has driven more than $2 billion in residential real estate transactions since beginning his career in NYC in 2009.

Known for his ability to translate real-time market data into winning strategy and impeccable client service, he has broken price-per-square-foot records in many of Manhattan’s most sought-after neighborhoods, from Tribeca and the West Village to Chelsea and Gramercy Park, and holds the record for closing the 13th-highest-priced sale in U.S.

A native of Minnesota, where he served as sales and marketing director for his family’s real estate development company, Graves Hospitality, Michael has earned a reputation for steadfast integrity, keen negotiating skills and unfailing discretion. He is also a classically-trained and award-winning composer who earned his master’s degree in Composition & Theory and Scoring for Film from New York University.
