Jersey City’s Newest Boutique Condominium, Harsimus Flats, Comes to Market

Douglas Elliman announced recently the launch of Harsimus Flats, a boutique residential condominium. Developed by Ben LoPiccolo Development Group (BLDG-UP) with architecture by MVMK Architecture (Minervini Vandermark Melia Kelly), the four-story building is located at 275 2nd Street in Jersey City.
