Elliman Florida Agent Mashonda Smith Receives Good Neighbor Award

Douglas Elliman Agent Mashonda Smith was honored by the Pinellas RealtorĀ® Organization with its Good Neighbor Award for her contributions to the Pinellas County, Florida, community.
Smith, a leading residential agent in St. Petersburg and the surrounding Tampa Bay area, was recognized for her work on behalf of Clothes to Kids, a nonprofit organization that provides new and quality used clothing to low-income or in crisis school-age children, free of charge.
The award includes a grant of up to $3,000 to the honoreeās organization, as well as recognition in an issue of REALTORViewĀ magazine and a special advertisement in the Tampa Bay Times.
In addition to serving as a board member for Clothes to Kids, Smith is anĀ advocate for The Next Stepp Center and served as an active member of the PTA board for which she was voted Pinellas County PTA President of the Year.
