In the past year Pateras represented Douglas Elliman while working with the Realty Advisory Board on the contract negotiations with Local 32BJ of the Service Employees International Union.

Before joining Douglas Elliman in 1999, Pateras was vice president and director of management of R.A. Cohen & Associates Inc., where she was responsible for developing the company’s co-op and condominium business and supervising the management of the ownership’s real estate holdings.
