On September 30 and October 1, Douglas Elliman agents, managers, staff and family in markets across the country participated in the company’s annual Elliman Gives Back weekend of service, from walking in Florida to raise funds to fight pediatric cancer and cleaning beaches in California to feeding those in need in DC, Aspen, Houston, Las Vegas and beyond.

The company’s signature event, the 11th annual Ride for Love, raised close to $150,000 (and counting) for God’s Love We Deliver, bringing the total amount raised on behalf of the organization to $1.7 million.

Thank you to all those who devoted their time, energy and love to raising money and awareness and caring for community members in need.

New York | The Hamptons

In New York, 63 riders and fundraisers participated in the 11th annual Ride for Love in support of God’s Love We Deliver, an organization that home delivers more than 3,800,000 healthy meals annually to New Yorkers who are too sick to cook or shop for themselves. This year, many of the riders departed in person from Southampton, N.Y., cycling 25 to 100 miles throughout the Hamptons to raise much needed funds and awareness for God’s Love. Others participated on virtual rides, volunteered or donated to help reach this year’s goal.

New York | Westchester

In Westchester, agents volunteered for the Caring Collective at 914 Cares, where they packed and sorted essential items that will be distributed to those in need in the local community. Additionally, agents in each of our Westchester offices—Scarsdale, Armonk, Bedford and Katonah—held a diaper drive in support of the organization.
